We are fortunate to assist a diverse range of people within our day programs. Due to continued growth within our programs we are seeking Support Workers who have a passion for helping people & who believe they are a perfect fit for our core values. 

As a Support Worker, you will be required to: 

  • Help them to engage with their local communities & culture through access to Community Participation Programs and recreational activities
  • Assist with and coaching independent life skills such as cooking & cleaning
  • Provide personal care
  • Administer medication

To be considered for these opportunities, you will need the following;

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Support Worker 
  • Certificate IV in Community Services, Disability Services or equivalent ( including healthy bodies qualification) 
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Experience in challenging behaviours is advantageous
  • Experience in personal care in particular PEG feeds 
  • Be willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Current “Provide First Aid” Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
  • Current Working With Children Check (preferable)
